In accordance with the Regulation of the Financial Services Authority No.35/POJK.04/ 2014 on Corporate Secretary of Public Company and Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulations No. I-E on the Obligation Submission of Information, we hereby inform you that based on the decision of the Board of Directors 001/Kep.Dir-PF/01.17 dated January 16, 2017, the Board of Directors has appointed Mrs. Merny Hollis to serve as Corporate Secretary of the Company replacing Ms. Erika Tirtasari Wijaya, effective on January 16, 2017.
